UX/UI Design
Overview
As the sole UI/UX designer on this project at Tegan Digital, I worked alongside our creative director, project managers, and account managers to completely redesign the digital platform for BODYBAR Pilates. The goal was to build a scalable, frictionless web experience that could support the franchise’s rapid national expansion while serving several distinct user groups.

The Opportunity
The brand was dealing with a confusing user flow and an integrated booking platform that caused noticeable drop-off and high bounce rates. Users visiting the site primarily wanted to understand what a class was actually like and determine if the studio environment was the right fit for them. We needed to clarify the digital journey to drive both studio bookings and franchise growth.
A Path For Each Audience
We structured the site architecture to provide a clear, dedicated path for each specific audience. First-timers could easily gather studio information, while existing members were presented with quick, frictionless booking calls-to-action. I also designed separate, targeted funnels for prospective franchisees looking for investment details and aspiring instructors seeking application information.
One Studio Template
Knowing the brand was actively scaling, We developed a single, dynamic studio template to handle the complete lifecycle of any new location. This unified template seamlessly transitions a local studio's page from a "Coming Soon" announcement state to a fully open location equipped with localized details and active class schedules.

Where It Goes Next
Our team handed over a scalable, easy-to-manage platform to the franchise. As BODYBAR continues expanding toward its goal of more than 200 locations, they now have a digital system built to effortlessly support their ongoing growth.
